Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking plumbing services.
Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Coordinate schedules between customers and technicians.
Provide clear communication and updates to customers regarding their appointments.
Maintain accurate records in our sweekends).
