We're looking for a reliable Excavation Operator to join our growing team at John the Plumber.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating excavators safely and efficiently.
- Valid license/certification to legally operate excavation equipment.
- Valid driver's license (DZ license is an asset but not required).
- Willing to listen, learn, and take direction.
- Adaptable and open to doing things the John the Plumber way.
- Honest with strong integrity, you do the right thing even when nobody is watching.
- Punctual and dependable. Your team counts on you.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
- Works well as part of a team but is also capable of working independently.
- Positive attitude and professional when dealing with customers and coworkers.
- Takes care of equipment and company property with respect.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating excavation equipment for residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Excavating for sewer and water service installations and repairs.
- Assisting with excavation for foundation repair and foundation-related construction work.
- Excavating safely around existing utilities and structures.
- Working alongside plumbers, foundation crews, and other team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
- Performing routine maintenance and daily inspections on equipment.
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
